Stock Allocation System for Mobile Devices

In order to access the details of the Stock Allocation System you are required to read and accept the following Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA). The software suite represents a great deal of hard work and expense, and the NDA is in place to protect both parties.

Non-Disclosure Agreement

1. We acknowledge that the proprietors and managers of this domain (mildewhall.com) have agreed to provide to us or allow us access to confidential or proprietary information relating to the Stock Allocation System for the purpose of evaluation.

2. We agree that, in respect of all such information we will:
   1. treat it as confidential;
   2. not disclose it to any third party without the prior written consent of mildewhall.com; and
   3. use it solely for the purpose set out in (1).

3. The requirement of paragraph (2) shall not apply to any part of the said information supplied by mildewhall.com which:
   1. is or becomes common knowledge without breach of this undertaking by us;
   2. was in our lawful possession prior to receipt from the mildewhall.com or developed by us for us at any time independently or any disclosure by mildewhall.com

This document of agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive law of England. If you agree with the above please check the appropriate box on the Application Form.

Selecting the ACCEPT option on the form will constitute your agreement with respect to the subject matter of this confidentiality agreement.
